dataEssence Enterprise is a high-performance software product which is aimed at small to medium sized companies with more complex requirements and multi-user capability, providing the essential tools to address the needs of the formulator and to develop and maintain your formulations and so much more.

The Enterprise edition will give you the key aspects of the software that the SOLO software package provides with a few important upgraded additions to cover all of the following areas and with the ability to add more modules and users as required.

Report and Screen Designer

With the dataEssence Enterprise system, the user definable Report and Form Designer will allow you to customise your software so that you can make changes to the screens and reports.

Applications and Evaluations

As formulations are developed and tested your company is building a vast library of fragrances and flavours supported by test data.

This module will allow you to evaluate your formulation and note its characteristics when used in a variety of applications.

With the ability to search your own flavour and fragrance library when answering briefs, you can optimise your formulator’s time, with the additional benefit of no more missed opportunities or developing duplicates.

Features Include:

• Record a formulation's characteristics when used in a variety of applications or at different levels of concentration.


• Search based on many criteria including cost, application area and characteristics.


• Create fragrance / flavour profiles with primary and secondary characteristics.


• Client-definable list of areas of application with sub-divisions.


• Evaluations are associated with a stock code – each stock code may have many evaluations.


• Separate / Multiple evaluations possible for each area of application.


• Record the result of the evaluation.


• Link evaluations to a project / brief (if you have the Briefs and Submissions Module).


• Add selected formulations to projects / briefs (if you have the Briefs and Submissions Module).

Simple Supplier List Module

The dataEssence Enterprise system allows you to create a supplier list with one supplier name allocated to each product, helping you to identify where each of your raw materials come from.

Multi User

dataEssence Enterprise is multi-user and will come with 2 users as standard. This gives you 2 concurrent users so that you can have ANY 2 members of staff logged on at any one time.
